Terms and Conditions
1. Scope & Provider
These terms apply to all orders placed via this store, operated by Scaleweb3 GmbH, registered at Amtsgericht Traunstein, HRB 30767 (“we”, “us”). Full company details are in our Impressum. Our offering is directed at consumers and businesses within the EU.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the store does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order or dispatch the goods.
3. Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include German statutory VAT (USt). Shipping costs are charged in addition and are shown separately in the shopping cart and at checkout before you complete the order.
Free shipping applies to orders of €75 or more. Below that, we pass on the shipping rates our fulfilment partners charge us.
Because apparel and food supplements are handled by different partners in different locations, an order containing both leaves from two facilities. In that case two shipping charges may apply and you receive two parcels. The exact total is always shown before you pay.

4. Payment
Payment is due immediately on order. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery & Fulfilment
Products are fulfilled by our production and supply partners (apparel: print-on-demand; supplements: specialist supplier) and are shipped directly from them. Apparel is made to order: production takes 1–3 working days before dispatch, then 2–5 working days in transit. Supplements are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Food supplements are currently shipped to Germany and the Netherlands only. Delivery times are stated on the product page and on the Shipping & Payment page.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as set out in our Withdrawal Policy. This applies in full to made-to-order apparel: production having already started does not remove your right to withdraw. You can declare your withdrawal using the withdrawal function in this store or informally by email. Return shipping costs are borne by you.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until production starts. We do not offer exchanges — every piece is printed individually for your order.
7. Statutory Warranty
The statutory rights of liability for defects (Gewährleistung) under German law apply.
8. Food Supplements — Important Notice
Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. They are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Consult a doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
