Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods (for multiple/partial deliveries: the last item).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Scaleweb3 GmbH, Schwimmbadstraße 17A, 83620 Feldkirchen-Westerham, email julian@outperformer.xyz — by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees result from the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Returns

You must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying withdrawal, to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery. This applies to opened/unsealed food supplements.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at julian@outperformer.xyz.
